TOP 10 Things to See and Do in Iceland

4. Watch Strokkur Erupt

Located on the slopes of Laugarfjall hill in the Haukadalur valley, a geothermal hotspot Geysir is the first geyser to be known and recorded in history, after which all geysers are named. Although, Geysir is not very active now, around 50meters south Strokkur erupts every 5-10 minutes. A sight not to be missed in Iceland.
