8. Visit Fisherman’s Bastions
A turreted terrace on the Castle hill by the banks of Danube, Fisherman’s Bastions is a spectacular and popular tourist attraction in Budapest offering amazing views of the city. Built in neo-Romanesque and neo-Gothic style of architecture, the seven towers of the terrace represent seven Magyar tribes that settled in the Carpathian Basin in 896.
