The name of the game here is density of attractions. This because there are numerous gardens and parks throughout Portland, yet none has quite as many interesting features huddled together in such a tight proverbial space. The two definite must-sees here are the legendary Portland Japanese Garden and the International Rose Test Garden. Boasting truly outstanding horticultural expertise, they are as impressive to explore as the Portland Children’s Museum and the Oregon Zoo.
