1. Teheran
Teheran, the capital of Iran, is the biggest city in the country and one among of the largest in Asia. Teheran hosts countless mosques, temples, churches, and synagogues, the city’s symbols being the Azadi Tower (or the Freedom Tower) and the Milad Tower. Teheran is a particularly agglomerated city, during the day the streets transforming in a real hive, except the hours programmed for those five prayers of the Islamic religious day, when the capital seems to gasp for breath. The lively bazaar is a must-visit place in Teheran, this being one of the most extended bazaars in the whole Eastern world where you can still discover the Persian lifestyle.
