Why You Need to Visit Iran and Where to Go

2. Nasir ol Molk Mosque

The Nasir ol Molk Mosque is known as the Pink Mosque in Iranian popular culture due to the usage of considerable pink color tiles in its interior. Also, the mosque displays other traditional elements that are characteristic for Iran: the Panj Kāse design, or the “five concaved” design. The mosque is still functional. The colored glass will simply take your breath, while the elements of the ceiling will make your head go round!
