8. Van Gogh Museum
Dedicated to the works of the famous Dutch Post-Impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh and his contemporaries, Van Gogh art museum is not just a top tourist attraction in Amsterdam but in 2015, it was the second most visited museum in the Netherlands with a whopping 1.9 million visitors.
It was also the 31st most visited art museum in the world. The museum has the largest collection Van Gogh’s drawings and paintings in the world.
