There’s a saying about this natural gem that we found was true from personal experience. It is said that one is able to witness more natural wonders in one minute’s time in the heart of Yosemite Valley than anywhere else in the world in an entire day. The glacier-carved beauty of Yosemite National Park is more than enough to deem it the crown jewel among already amazing national parks in America.
However, as if that wasn’t enough, this place is also home to countless other superlatives. For instance, Ralph Waldo Emerson deemed its mountains “unmatched on the globe;” it is home to the world’s tallest uninterrupted granite monolith (El Capitan), as well as the highest waterfall in North America (Yosemite Falls). Need we say more?
