1. Parc National de l’Isalo
Created in 1962 Isalo National Park located in the Ihorombe Region of Madagascar is known for a diverse terrain where you can find yellow savannahs in the gorges, deep canyons have lovely streams, sandstone formations stand tall and palm-lined oases look inviting. Spread across an area of 800sqkm, Madagascar’s most visited national park has a huge range of flora and fauna including 82 species of birds and 33 species of reptiles. One of the most awesome things to see in Madagascar, Parc National de l’Isalo or Isalo national park is an experience which will surely give you an adrenaline rush.

I had often seen pictures of the Avenue of the Baobabs, and that alone had always made me want to visit Madagascar. I had no clue there was so much else to see there.
