Africa, the Beautiful – these are the words that come to the mind of anyone who’s ever been to the original continent; heck, they were probably on your mind as well if you’ve ever so much as seen a movie that features any part of Africa. In our particular case, we remember first thinking about those exact words while watching the 1995 hit blockbuster “Congo.”
But, talking gorillas and evil multinational corporations aside, Africa is truly as miraculous as advertised. That’s why we’ve decided to dedicate today’s article to the most magnificent lakes in Africa and all the wonders they conceal from the general tourist public.
