A country that once ruled the world, alongside England, Portugal, France and the Netherlands, Spain is today a hugely attractive tourist destination.
That being said, it has wonders upon wonders when it comes to famous tourist destinations, as it was once the colonial superpower many countries dreamed of becoming. Alas, its conquering glory days are long gone; yet, that’s not to say it’s not without its charms.
