9. Beaver Falls in Havasu Creek
A true oasis in a predominantly desert-like setting, Beaver Falls represent just one of the many waterfalls adorning this great state. In fact, it shouldn’t be a surprise to find out that some of the best places to visit in Arizona are, in fact, going to be waterfalls. And the site of the glorious Beaver Falls is truly breathtaking, regardless of the fact that they’re notoriously difficult to access. Found directly after Mooney Falls, another beautiful marriage of land and water, they are actually the fifth set of falls in the area. Sadly, the floods of 1910 destroyed some of the region; prior to this natural catastrophe, parts of the fall were no less than 50 feet high!
