10. Banff National Park, Alberta
Okay, we’re starting things off with one of the most famous and best-known national parks in the country. Truth be told, Banff could simultaneously be the only national park in Canada Americans know of; this has to do with it being on literally every postcard ever printed that featured the Canadian Rockies. It’s painfully crowded during the summertime and is deemed by many as Canada’s answer to Yosemite, but hey: it’s still jaw-droppingly gorgeous. The town of Banff has some decent breweries and eateries. Also, Lake Louise happens to be one of the world’s most attractive honeymoon destinations. As far as amazing national parks in Canada go, Banff has earned its reputation many times over.
